How and steps to create a one-person company in Egypt
The investment law regulated how to establish a one-person company in Egypt, where it provided for an exception to the provision of Article 505 of the Civil Code, which requires that the company consist of at least two partners, and each natural or legal person, within the limits of the purposes for which it was established, may establish one of the one-person companies on his own, and this company, And with a capital of 50 thousand pounds .
Required documents :

- Investor identification forms for the owner of the company or the foreign manager as a document + its image on the CD
- The original of an official extract from the Register of accountants and auditors addressed to the Investment Commission stating the company's auditor's right to review and approve the budgets of funds companies for the first time, or the original of the confirmation of acceptance of an appointment if he has submitted this certificate in advance to the commission.
